Canal Oasis with Pool Spa Outdoor Kitchen

Welcome to your perfect Ft Myers Beach vacation. Most rentals give you a pool. We give you a pool, and a pool bar. The kitchen bar opens onto a heated pool and hot tub, with your own dock out back and a canal that runs to the Gulf in minutes. Bring the boat, fish at sunrise or sunset, and clean the catch right on the dock. Two full kitchens and two living areas mean two families never fight over the stove. 5 bedrooms, 4 kings, sleeps 12. This is the one, welcome to the island at its finest.



Inside the Home



The upper level is the main living floor, with a full kitchen that opens to a walk-out balcony, a living room, and three bedrooms. The primary suite includes an attached sunroom with a sliding door to a patio overlooking the pool. The lower level feels like its own guest wing, with two king suites that each have a private bath, a second fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a large, comfortable couch, a bigger TV, and shuffleboard. The indoor bar connects to the kitchen and has its own TV, while bar stools line the outdoor side for guests coming in from the pool. Roll up the shutter and both spaces become one.

• Primary Suite (Upper Level): King bed, private ensuite bath, attached sunroom

• Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed, shares the hall bath with Bedroom 3

• Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Two twin beds, shares the hall bath with Bedroom 2

• Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): King bed, private ensuite bath

• Bedroom 5 (Lower Level): King bed, private ensuite bath



Additional Sleeping: Sleeper sofa in the sunroom off the primary suite

Bathrooms: Four full baths, plus a half bath off the pool deck



Outdoor Living



The pool is large and heated, the hot tub is heated too, and the deck lights up after dark so the fun keeps going well past sunset. A half bath at the back of the house lets swimmers step in without tracking water through the home. Fire up the grill, spread out across the deck, and let the kids wear themselves out. Please note that the pool slide is in place, but its water pump is currently out of service. Down on the dock, cast a line, clean your catch at the fish-cleaning station, and tie off your own boat at the seawall cleats. The canal runs straight out to the Gulf of Mexico. Boat lifts are not included in the rental and are off limits.



Getting Around



• Fort Myers Beach (Estero Boulevard): about 6 minutes

• Jungle Golf and Beach Bowl: 7 to 8 minute walk

• Sanibel Island beaches: about 26 minutes

• Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW): about 26 minutes



You are close enough for a quick beach run but tucked just off the island, so you skip the Estero Boulevard traffic. Days on the water, nights around the pool bar, and everyone back under one roof. This is your Gulf Coast basecamp.

All guests must complete a short pre-arrival check-in form before check-in details are provided. This is required for every reservation with no exceptions. The form verifies guest identity, confirms contact details, and includes agreement to the house rules.
