Welcome to our cosy, minimalistic but stylish first-floor flat (no lift) with kitchenette, Smart TV, an abundance of natural light for days & blackout blinds for the evening.
GREAT LOCATION: 5 min walk walk to Kilburn St., 12 min. walk from West Hampstead station. Very easy and fast to get to London’s most famous attractions.

The Space:
Our beautiful studio apartment provides an excellent home base for a pleasant and memorable stay in London. We created it to feel like a comfortable home away from home.
This flat is located on the first floor and there is no lift. The flat has everything you need for your stay, including a fitted kitchenette and bathroom. The apartment benefits from beautiful natural daylight.
The flat has been designed to be functional and comfortable for relaxing after a long day of exploring London. The neighbourhood is residential whilst being around 15 minutes from the city centre, giving you the best of both worlds.
Bed
There is a brand-new double bed with a comfortable mattress.
High-quality linen and towels are provided, including 1 bath towel and 1 face towel per person.
Dining area
You will find a nice-sized round dining table with two chairs, along with a 40-inch TV with Netflix.
Kitchenette
The nicely sized kitchenette has brand-new appliances and allows for a convenient home-like experience. It is well equipped with coffee, a toaster, kettle, microwave, induction hob with 2 burners, Nespresso coffee machine and more.
There is also a wardrobe in the apartment.
House rules
No parties, events or loud music are allowed. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
If you are travelling as a larger group or family, we have more studio flats in the same house. Just send us a message.

No Parties, Gatherings, or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly not allowed on the premises. (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house)
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.
Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
