Your own little home away from home in beautiful Flagler Beach. Bright and spacious top floor 2 bed, 2 bath oceanfront property, this is a beach house you'll never want to leave. Please note the property is a duplex and this is the upstairs apartment. Only 100 ft away from public walk over to the beach

Beachfront property! Enjoy breathtaking ocean views all day long. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves crashing, and hop out your front door right onto the beach!
Enjoy complimentary boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels throughout your stay!
Opportunity to also rent out the second unit we have for a full buyout for larger groups! Can host up to 16 people!
To give you a little extra bounce in your step each morning, we provide complimentary coffee to make your own morning brew!
Close to downtown Flagler (4 minute drive!) with great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. (Oh and gift shops, ice cream, surf shops, and more!)
Cozy up outside to the sound of the ocean at our cozy little fire pit. (This is a shared space with the other unit, so first come first serve!)
Outdoor BBQ for those perfect beachside meals. (Also shared and first come first serve!)
Whether you kick back with a glass of wine and enjoy the evening on the patio overlooking the ocean or grab a book and walk out to the beach, you'll walk away refreshed from the ocean breeze + beautiful sun in your own private seaside getaway.

You have full access to the entire upstairs unit and private balcony as well as front yard common area, which includes fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor beach shower. (First come first serve!)

This is a duplex. You will most likely have neighboring guests, unless you rent out the entire property!
Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. This is strictly enforced to honor our neighbors and the city permit!
Guest Access:
Guests have full and private access to the entire upstairs apartment, which serves as your exclusive home away from home during your stay. This includes your own private balcony where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and stunning views. In addition to your private living space, you are welcome to use the front yard common area. This shared space features a fire pit, a barbecue grill, and an outdoor beach shower. Please note that as this is a duplex property, you may have neighbors in the downstairs unit unless you have booked both units for a full property buyout.
