Welcome to the French art of living, where the sea, yachts, and golf meet. Located in a renovated Provençal villa, the apartment offers a calm and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet is only a 5-minute drive from the city center, shops, and beaches, 15 minutes from Cannes, and 30 minutes from Nice Airport. The apartment features a private entrance, two private parking spaces, a bright living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and three bedrooms with double beds accommodating up to six people. One of the bedrooms has a sofa bed, ideal for two children, and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment also has a separate bathroom and toilet. A large Mediterranean-style terrace, a relaxation and dining area, and a private, unsupervised swimming pool are available exclusively for guests – perfect for enjoying an aperitif while watching the sunset over the peaks of the Esterel Massif. We are delighted to welcome you and will strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, taking into account your wishes and suggestions. My family and I live on the upper floor of the villa, which is completely independent with a separate entrance. Please note that the entrance has steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. For the sake of peace and quiet, guests are kindly asked to refrain from making noise between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am. Languages ​​spoken: French, English, German.

The town is also home to the Riviera Golf de Barbossi, an 18-hole course nestled amidst a Mediterranean landscape and an impressive collection of contemporary sculptures. The area abounds with attractions, some of which are integral to the prestige of the French Riviera: the Château de La Napoule and the beaches of Mandelieu are just 10 minutes away.
