Avithos Lassu Retreat

Description

With a total of 118 m², Avithos Retreat offers a spacious and luxurious stay featuring modern minimalist lines, refined lighting, and a striking staircase that serves as a design statement in its own right. The villa accommodates up to six guests, with two bedrooms on the upper floor sleeping four people and featuring a separate bathroom, while the oversized ground-floor sofa bed (200×200 cm) comfortably sleeps two more.

From the double bed in the master bedroom, a large window frames the blue of the sea, creating a unique living painting effect. The second bedroom, with two single beds, can be converted into a king-size bed (180×200 cm), also offering unobstructed sea views. On the first floor, guests will find a modern living area, an additional bathroom with a shower, and a unique wooden dining table for six, overlooking the sea, the terrace, and the villa’s private pool.
