A Light-Filled Clay House in the Elbe River Valley

Our light-filled, ecologically renovated adobe house offers relaxation and a sense of security right from the start. The vacation home can accommodate up to ten guests and features five bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers and children’s sinks, as well as a large living area (63 square meters) for living, cooking, eating, playing, and relaxing, complete with two sofas. For a cozy atmosphere. During the colder months, there’s a wood-burning stove. And for the warmer months, there are a variety of outdoor spaces: a large garden perfect for play for both children and adults, a morning or breakfast area, as well as a covered evening terrace, a fire pit (also for grilling), table tennis, and our popular in-ground trampoline. Our cozy wooden fence also invites you to relax.
Our living space, including the vacation home, is located in the beautiful Endor countryside of the Elbe Valley floodplain. Biking, day trips, and hiking are a delight in every direction. Whether you take the kids to the Elbe beaches, head to Hitzacker for ice cream, explore the vast Görde State Forest with its many natural landmarks, or simply enjoy the blue sky in a field of buttercups, there’s something for everyone. Our small town of Hitzacker is perfect for a leisurely stroll. In addition to the town’s “Insel” district with its historic half-timbered houses and unique shops, the vineyard with its panoramic views, and the archaeological center—all offering plenty of entertaining leisure activities—there is so much more to discover. And our district is brimming with special attractions…
For a special moment of relaxation, there is a meditation and exercise room. If desired, you can book yoga, tai chi, or qigong classes. Craniosacral therapy and massage are also available.
