Welcome to this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Frisco, TX. The apartment features a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, a dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony overlooking the community. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a pool, fitness centers, a golf simulator, game areas, outdoor kitchens, a resident clubhouse, business and coworking spaces, and more.
Guest Verification: Due to applicable regulations, we are required to verify the identity of our guests for safety and security purposes. Before check-in, guests will be asked to complete our online check-in form, including a photo of a valid government-issued ID and a selfie.

• Keep common areas and community amenities clea and respectful for all residents.

Per building requiremens, all guests are required to provide a valid governent-issued photo ID prior to or upon check-in. A renal agreement will also be requested and must be signd before access to the unit is granted.
• Guests may not use this property as a mailing address.
