The suite has its own private entrance and private living space, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living area and everything you need to settle in and feel at home.
Located right on the lake and just steps from the Sonora Community Centre, you'll have easy access to fitness classes, pickleball, the gym, library and a variety of activities, plus downtown Osoyoos is within easy walking distance. It's a wonderful location for enjoying the social side of snowbird life while still having your own comfortable space to come home to.
Rent includes utilities and Wi-Fi. The suite is furnished and ready for your arrival.
An initial supply of basic household essentials, including soaps, toilet paper, linens and towels, will be provided at move-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing consumable supplies during their stay.
Available September 4 to March 31. Preference will be given to a five- or six-month rental.

The rental rate is based on occupancy of 1-2 guests. Occasional overnight visitors are welcome with prior approval; an additional guest fee applies for overnight stays.
