THE SPACE

The Lockwood Luxe was designed to make group travel feel easy. The open-concept main level gives everyone room to gather, while four separate bedrooms provide space to unwind.

Expect distinctive décor, comfortable beds, high-quality linens, full-length mirrors in every bedroom and thoughtful supplies throughout the home. Complimentary early check-in from 2:00 PM and late checkout until noon may be available upon request and advance confirmation.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across four bedrooms and five beds:

• Primary suite: King bed, dedicated desk and chair, ensuite bathroom and private balcony

• Bedroom 2: King bed

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed on the main level

• Bedroom 4: Queen-over-queen bunk bed and arcade game

Every bedroom includes comfortable bedding and a full-length mirror, especially convenient for wedding groups, graduations, group trips and special occasions.

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT

Turn dinner into game night with the 3-in-1 dining table. It seats up to eight guests and converts into a pool table or table-tennis table.

The home also includes:

• UNO, cards, Jenga and a variety of other fun games

• Smart TVs

• Indoor fireplace

• Open-concept living and dining areas

PRIVATE BACKYARD

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard designed for relaxing, playing and spending time together.

Outdoor features include:

• Smokeless Solo firepit with starter firewood

• Eight Adirondack chairs and a relaxing egg swing

• Full-size grill with barbecue tools

• Backyard family friendly axe throwing

• Cornhole

• Outdoor garden lighting

• Spacious green lawn

• Direct access from the dining area

The front patio also has an egg swing and bench - an inviting spot for morning coffee or a quiet break.

The kitchen is stocked for everything from quick breakfasts to complete family meals.

You’ll find:

The home has 3.5 bathrooms stocked with everyday essentials, including:

• Cotton swabs and cotton pads

• Sanitary products

• Towels and additional supplies

The home is located in Southwest Atlanta, offering convenient access to many of the city’s most popular destinations.

Approximate drive times, depending on traffic:

• State Farm Arena: 10 minutes

• Downtown Atlanta: 10 minutes



• ATL Airport: 10–15 minutes

• Lee + White food hall and breweries: 6 minutes

• Cascade Springs Nature Preserve: nearby

• Atlanta BeltLine Westside Trail: nearby

• Historic West End: nearby

• Grocery shopping: approximately 6 minutes

Oakland City MARTA station is also a 2 minute drive away, providing rail access toward downtown and the airport.

Atlanta traffic and event-day conditions can affect travel times, so please plan accordingly.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests

• Standard check in is after 3:00 PM

• Checkout is before 11:00 AM

• Early check in and late check out offered subject to availability

• No smoking or vaping inside the home

• No parties or unauthorized overnight visitors

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Children must be supervised around the firepit, grill, arcade and outdoor games

• Use the firepit area responsibly and according to the provided safety guidance

• Food and drinks are not permitted on the game table or arcade equipment

• Please clean up after pets

• Exterior security cameras are present for safety and security

• The property includes smoke alarms, carbon-monoxide alarms, fire extinguishers and a first-aid kit
