Just a 13-minute walk from Downtown Burbank, this charming second-story studio sits in an intimate five-unit building. Enjoy luxury bedding, fast Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen. Self check-in is provided. This upstairs apartment has stairs, private access, and ample free street parking. Note: there is no television; please bring your own entertainment. Quiet residential setting; not ideal for late-night activity. ALDI is at the end of the street.

This upstairs apartment offers a queen bed with luxury linens, reliable hot showers, fast Wi-Fi, and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook and bake: a gas range with oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and dishes and cookware. The mini fridge has plenty of room for a short stay. There is no television, so please bring your own entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
We prioritize guests with a good track record of reviews; new guests are welcome to inquire. Set up for an easy, hotel-quality stay with very fast, reliable internet. Self check-in details are sent before arrival. On rare occasions, the bathroom sink may not engage hot water immediately; if that occurs, briefly run the shower or kitchen tap to activate the heater—then the sink will run hot as normal. Checkout: Please wash and put away any used dishes, place all trash in the designated bins, return furniture and items to their original locations, and leave the apartment in the same general condition as you found it. The cleaning fee covers professional sanitizing of the bathroom and kitchen, laundering of linens and towels, vacuuming, mopping, and preparing the unit for the next guest. It does not cover excessive mess or unwashed dishes.

We’re a peaceful, smoke-free, pet-free property. Parties are not allowed and may result in cancellation of your stay. Please respect our quiet, intimate building: keep late-night arrivals low-key, and observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (turn down music and TV). Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside or on the property. Thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable for everyone.
The Neighborhood:
Fantastic neighborhood. Walking distance from cute shops and restaurants. Excellent freeway access to all of Los Angeles. Grab a studio tour at Warner Brothers or Universal Studios. Minutes from Hollywood.
Getting Around:
Getting around from Burbank is simple. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are plentiful. Public transit is close by: the BurbankBus connects to Metro’s B (Red) Line at North Hollywood Station for fast rail access. Universal Studios Hollywood is about 10–20 minutes by car; by transit, ride BurbankBus to North Hollywood, take the B Line one stop to Universal City/Studio City, then the free shuttle up the hill. Hollywood (Walk of Fame/TCL Chinese Theatre) is about 15–25 minutes by car; by transit, continue on the B Line to Hollywood/Highland. Beaches such as Santa Monica or Venice are typically 35–60 minutes by car depending on traffic; by transit, take the B Line to 7th St/Metro Center and transfer to the E Line to Downtown Santa Monica (about 70–90 minutes total).

Had a great stay at this apartment. Was quiet, charming, stocked with all of the essentials and in a very convenient location. Was on a work trip so did not get to explore the area as much as I wished, but had very restful evenings there. Will make it back soon!
