The heart of this home is the outdoor area. A heat-pump-heated pool, a spacious garden surrounded by palm trees, and a covered terrace with stone columns and a dining area for the whole group. There’s a grill for weekend barbecues and plenty of space for kids and adults to have fun without feeling cramped.
Inside, there’s a spacious, bright living room, a formal dining room for 8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a counter with stools) so you can cook in complete comfort.
The house has two levels, with 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, accommodating up to 14 guests:
First floor: 1 bedroom with 2 queen-size beds and a private bathroom, ideal for those who prefer not to climb stairs. There is also a half-bath for guests.
Upper level: 1 bedroom with 2 queen-size beds and a private bathroom; 1 bedroom with a king-size bed; and 1 bedroom with 2 double beds. The latter two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.
Private parking on the property for 4 or more cars. WiFi in the house.
