About this apartment rental
Small vacation apartment with a large balcony—simple, honest, and affordable on Sylt
If you’re looking for affordable and hassle-free accommodations on Sylt and don’t care about modern amenities or a luxurious atmosphere, our small one-roomapartment at Steintal 23a is just right for you.
The apartment is located on the first floor and features a particularly beautiful, spacious balcony with cozy patio furniture. It’s perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or winding down the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
The living area is simply and functionally furnished. It includes a fold-down bed and a sleeper sofa, allowing for flexible use of the apartment. A small kitchenette makes it easy to prepare simple meals. The bathroom was recently renovated in a modern and inviting style.
Important to know: The apartment as a whole has been deliberately kept very simple. The living area and some of the other furnishings are significantly older and have their own unique, original character. Anyone expecting a modern vacation rental with high-end furnishings will likely not feel at home here. On the other hand, if you’re looking for affordable and uncomplicated accommodations for a stay on Sylt, you’ll find a practical alternative here.
Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a private washing machine are available to you free of charge.
In short: no luxury, no design. Instead, Sylt at a fair price, a large balcony, and everything you need for a hassle-free stay.
