The comfortable front lounge includes a double fold-out sofa bed, while the separate rear theatre room with large TV is ideal for movie nights or entertaining the kids.
The spacious kitchen and dining area features a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge and island bench.
Outside, enjoy the expansive undercover alfresco with outdoor dining and wall-mounted TV, perfect for relaxed meals and entertaining.
Secure gated access and off-street parking provide space suitable for boats.
