Wake up to beautiful Gulf views from the primary suite, which features direct balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also has its own ensuite bathroom, giving guests additional privacy and convenience. The property was great! The view was perfect and the place was supplied with all the kitchen essentials we needed to avoid eating out for each meal! The kids loved the huge pool which was the only thing separating the condo from the beach! It’s located close to lots of great attractions and we had a great family vacation! Will definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Seaside Serenity! It is located a few steps from the elevator and the view of the Gulf is spectacular and you can walk from the condo to the beach in even less time than described in condo details! The grounds and pools are immaculate. Couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home!

Make sure you bring all your own paper goods. ( paper towels, toilet paper) if you want sharper knifes bring your own or a knife sharpener. There we no oven mitts

Not ImpressedI booked this unit based on the many 10/10 reviews, which I do not understand after our stay last week. I’ve been coming to Orange Beach off and on for 30 years and have rented many condos, so this is an honest, experienced review.The positives: the unit is a good size, with three toilets and two full bathrooms. The bathrooms are dated but functional. Palm Beach is an older, low-density complex, but it is well maintained overall. We have stayed at Palm Beach before and appreciate the location near Gulf State Park, with easy access to both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We also prefer low-density properties, although the beach is now more crowded due to construction and overflow from the Phoenix next door.The unit itself, however, was disappointing. It has not been well maintained. The locking mechanisms on both balcony sliding doors are extremely rusty, and one door no longer locks. It was unlocked when we arrived. A kitchen cabinet was missing a knob, leaving a screw exposed. The carpeting, furniture, and bedspreads were visibly stained. While they may have been washed, the stains remained.The unit also did not feel well cleaned. Given the condition of the furnishings, doors, and general upkeep, this rental did not meet the standard suggested by the reviews. Palm Beach is a solid complex, but I would not rent this specific unit again unless it receives significant maintenance, deep cleaning, and updates.
