🚖 Taxis: Readily available, including a taxi stand at Broadway at the Beach for late-night returns

🚨 Busy Travel Periods - Please note that certain times of year bring increased traffic and activity to the area:

Atlantic Beach Bike Fest and other bike weeks may result in heavy traffic, police-directed routes, and crowded local roads

July 4th week is the busiest time of the year — expect high occupancy and area congestion



🚗 Parking Info: While parking is generally ample, it is first-come, first-served. During peak periods, guests may need to park in overflow lots or nearby street parking. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



🧻 Starter Supplies Only - This is a self-catering unit. We provide the following starter items as a courtesy:

Guests will need to purchase or bring additional consumables for extended stays.



⚠️ Amenity Access & Closures - Amenity access (e.g., pools, hot tubs, etc.) may occasionally be interrupted due to:

We’ll always do our best to communicate known closures in advance, but please understand some interruptions are beyond our control.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control happens monthly via the HOA. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, ON-SITE HOUSEKEEPING.



No pets. Max guest count is 4.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
