Plenty of space for family, friends, and those seeking relaxation: With 105 m² of living space, this spacious vacation home—featuring four rooms and three separate bedrooms—offers ample comfort for up to 5 people. A special highlight is the glass-enclosed sunroom on the first floor—a light-filled retreat for reading, relaxing, and gazing at the starry sky over the fields in the evening.
Cozy warmth in every season: For cozy moments on cooler days, two wood-burning stoves (one in the living area and one in one of the bedrooms) are at your disposal. After a long walk on the beach or a bike ride through the nearby Geltinger Birk nature reserve, the in-house infrared sauna provides soothing relaxation.
For a convenient arrival, the covered carport right next to the house protects your vehicle in any weather.

Enjoy peaceful sunny hours in the fenced-in garden area or on the terrace with a garden table, garden chairs, and lounge chairs, as well as the view from the cozy sunroom on the upper floor.
