Summary:
Set in a sunny, elevated position in central Surfdale, this spacious three-bedroom home combines beautiful sea views with an easy layout that works particularly well for families and multi-generational stays.
The Space:
Spread over two levels, the home has two separate living areas, giving everyone room to settle in without feeling on top of one another. Upstairs, the main living, dining and kitchen area opens directly onto a large sun-filled deck overlooking the water - an easy spot for long lunches, evening drinks and relaxed summer dinners.
Downstairs offers a second lounge and dedicated workspace, with doors opening to a sheltered outdoor area and the garden beyond. The generous lawn adds plenty of space for children to play, while good off-street parking makes arriving with a full house simple.
The three bedrooms are divided between the two levels, creating a natural separation for extended families, couples travelling together or parents wanting a little extra space.
Surfdale is one of Waiheke’s most convenient bases. The local shops, cafés and Waiheke Bowling Club are all within a short walk, while beaches, Oneroa, ferries and the rest of the island are easily reached from this central location.

Surfdale is an up-and-coming area of Waiheke. With local eateries like Mamie and the Waiheke Bowling Club, alongside the Connect Box boxing studio, it’s a fabulous hub to stay in. Central to everywhere and on the bus route, you’ll have easy access to the rest of the island.
Nearby are local secret beaches and walking tracks around the Esplanade, with Little Oneroa, Oneroa and Ostend just a short drive away. It’s the place to be!

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
