Our expansive 10-acre country estate offers a flexible and welcoming space for your group, comprised of a main house and two separate guest cottages. This unique layout allows your group to enjoy time together while also having options for quiet privacy.
Main House:
Classic two-story red brick home with an inviting front porch.
3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 modern bathrooms.
Cozy living areas with fireplaces, perfect for gathering and relaxation.
A bright and modern kitchen, fully equipped for preparing memorable group meals.
Two Private Guest Cottages:
Each cottage is a charming, self-contained living space for added privacy.
Features 1 comfortable queen bedroom and 1 full bathroom per cottage.
Includes a fully equipped kitchen and a private living area in each.
Offers additional sleeping space in a loft or on a pull-out sofa.
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 10-acre property including the main house, both guest cottages, all surrounding grounds, including patio with fire pit. Ample on-site parking is provided for your entire group and dedicated level 2 EV charger is available for your convenience.
Enjoy the quiet of the country while still being only 15 minutes drive from Lexington, W&L and VMI. We are also just 9 miles down the road from The Seclusion event venue.
