Tastefully renovated in 2026, our south-facing apartment, on the third and last floor of the Roches Rousses A residence, has been designed as a real cocoon in the mountains, warm and comfortable, where the charm of vintage meets a neat decoration full of personality.

Located at the foot of the slopes of Orcières Merlette, it allows you to fully enjoy the resort while finding, after a day in the fresh air, a soft and welcoming atmosphere.PGJyPg
The living room, bright and friendly, opens onto a large balcony with a view of the mountains. You can meet there to have a coffee in the sun, share a meal or simply enjoy the landscape.

And because holidays in the mountains also involve these little pleasures, the apartment is fully equipped to enjoy good times around the table: raclette machine and fondue set are at your disposal. All you have to do is make a detour to the excellent cheesemonger of the resort to choose cheeses and charcuterie... and enjoy a real mountain evening in the warmth!
Games are also available to extend the evening.

The apartment has a bedroom with a large bed of 160 cm and several sleeping possibilities in the living room. We have designed it above all to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

A ski room is also available on the first floor of the residence, to easily store your equipment after a day on the slopes.

We wanted to keep the slightly retro spirit of the apartment while providing it with today's comfort: warm materials, some vintage pieces, color and carefully chosen details.

An apartment designed to feel good, summer and winter, enjoy the mountains and take the time... because after all, chic people are in Orcières!
