The Space:
The home offers a variety of games and toys including a croquet set, corn hole, badminton, and bocce ball, plus a sand volleyball court and equipment. Explore the surrounding woods with a hike around the property. On rainy days, there's also a Ping-Pong table for indoor entertainment. After the day's activities, relax in the private hot tub or gather around the firepit for starlight conversation and S'mores. An outdoor prep kitchen comes equipped with a sink, counter space, fridge and utensils for al fresco meals which can be enjoyed at the waterfront picnic/dining area. The prep kitchen makes an ideal addition to the barbecue area and is also a convenient space for use by caterers or hired chefs.

A 40-amp plug located inside the roll-up door in the garage can be used for EV charging. Guests must supply their own adapter cord.
Volleyball: The volleyball court is in the middle of the sandspit. The net can be tied between the 2 permanent posts in the sand. Balls and the net are in the garage and an air pump is in the bin with the balls to add air if needed.
Kayaks and stand up paddle board: These can be carried across the lawn to the boat launch ramp by the garden. At night, all the boats and beach toys should be brought up onto the lawn as the tide can come up into the driftwood and things float away.

The eagles, seals, bird life and tides were so fun to watch! The house is situated perfectly for views of the water, both near and distant. The kitchen is very well stocked with pantry essentials and cookware. The beds were comfortable, but the bedrooms didn’t have much storage. It is a very clean and well-cared for home. The location is so convenient to a grocery store and pizza place. There is limited beach walking here, but great state parks nearby for enjoyable hiking.

Lovely views from the house. Extremely well stocked kitchen with pantry supplies, nice pans, bakeware and tableware. Very limited storage in bedrooms. The outdoor space was great, although the local geese like the grass a lot, too! We enjoyed the seals, bald eagles, and shore birds, and it was a good place to kayak. Beach walking was restricted to the large property only.

This is a lovely property and is as lovely in real life as the photos in the listing. We had a bit of weather while there (hardly unexpected for early March in the PNW), so couldn't take advantage of all that's included here. However, being right on the water, hearing it when you wake up and watching it during a storm was just lovely.
