The Neighborhood:

Located in Rhododendron at the base of Mt. Hood, the cabin offers a forest setting with mountain adventures to explore. You’ll find hiking and biking trails in the area, as well as local restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. During winter, the slopes of Timberline and Mt. Hood Skibowl are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — This mountain retreat is nestled in the Mt. Hood area, surrounded by nature. While not a walkable urban setting, the natural surroundings and outdoor recreation more than make up for it.



🚗 Driving — A car is recommended for getting around. The area is well connected via US-26. Free parking at the property.



🏔️ Recreation — Explore Mt. Hood ski resorts, hiking trails, and public Sandy River recreation sites. The charming town of Sandy is a short drive for groceries, dining, and supplies.



✈️ Airport — Plan your PDX drive via US-26 around current traffic and weather.



Other Things to Note:

• Outdoor fires are currently prohibited.

• The cabin does not have air conditioning.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.



Interaction with Guests:

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
