Beautiful contemporary-style property located right next to the magnificent Sa Tuna cove.

The house is in excellent condition, built on several levels with terraces on every floor and a large pool on the rooftop terrace.

The Property
The house is laid out as follows:
On the first floor, there is a very large living room with a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a service area with a bedroom/playroom, a shower room, and a laundry room.
All rooms have direct access to the terrace, which features, on one side, a beautiful pergola covered in wisteria that shades a teak table for 14, and on the other side, a lovely play area for children and/or for relaxing.
Theupper floor, which also opens onto a very large terrace, consists of a master bedroom with a shower room, two double bedrooms—one with a bunk bed that can accommodate 6 children, the other with twin beds. (The two bedrooms share a bathroom), and a second master suite with an en-suite bathroom.
There are also two independent studios, each with a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
On the top floor, there is a large swimming pool (4 x 12 m) with a diving board and a spacious area for relaxing with lounge chairs and a beautiful view. A pergola provides some shaded areas for the summer. There are also tables and sofas where you can enjoy moments of relaxation.
The house can comfortably accommodate a dozen people (14 max) and is ideal for one or more large families spending their vacation together.
