The loft includes a functional workspace with a desk and dual monitors for those who need to stay connected. The main level boasts a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with double ovens, a spacious dining area, and a great room with soaring ceilings and panoramic lake views. Outdoor living is a highlight, featuring an expansive upper deck for al fresco dining and a lower deck equipped with a hot tub and ping pong table. Guests have exclusive access to a private dock with a boat slip, paddle boards, and a paddle boat. Public transportation is limited, so having a vehicle is the best way to explore local shops and restaurants in Coeur d Alene and Harrison. The property is a ninety minute drive from Spokane International Airport.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note that check in begins at 4:00 PM and check out is required by 11:00 AM. This is a non smoking property and pets are not permitted.
