Beautiful apartment in a residence away from the center of La Mongie, quiet and with a protected terrace as well as a private indoor parking space.
Located at the foot of the slopes, its placement allows direct access to the mountain, summer and winter.
The amenities - crossroads market, bars, restaurants, tourist office - remain close, complemented by a shopping arcade at the bottom of the neighboring residence - same building. 😄
The accommodation was renovated in 2026, kitchen, living room and floors completely redone, bathroom fitted and adapted furniture/decoration/lighting.
Surface: 17m2, 4m2 of outdoor terrace with balcony.

- A convertible sofa bed 140 X 200
- Bathtub with shower

🚨 Mattresses, duvets (1 of 220 X 240 and 2 of 140 X 200) and cushions (60 X 60) are provided but not their covers: so you must bring your own covers! 🚨

👉 The Pic du Midi de Bigorre and its observatory -2877m above sea level! - accessible by aerial cableway from the centre of the resort, summer and winter, or on foot for the bravest 🏔️
👉 The Col du Tourmalet in the summer, a mecca for cycling and the starting point for various hikes (direct access to the valleys of Barèges and its village, Lake Oncet, Secours and Lackeys hotels)! It becomes a ski slope in winter! 🚴
👉 The ski area of more than 100km will guarantee you sensations on snow as well as on stones! The slopes become great hiking or downhill cycling trails when the sun returns!
👉 Further down in the Campan valley, many hiking trails are available to you, including the Payolle lake area or direct access to the Parc du Nouvelle from the Route de la Mongie! 🥾
👉The shopping arcade of the Mongie Tourmalet residence offers bars, restaurants, ski equipment rental, arcade and axe throwing in winter! 🪓
