The apartment benefits from an ideal location in the heart of Vars-Les-Claux, in the immediate vicinity of the slopes, shops and services of the resort.
Here, everything is designed to make the most of your stay: no need to take the car to go skiing, do some shopping or enjoy the animation of the resort.

The apartment has a beautiful main room, with a kitchen open to the living room. A convivial space where you like to meet up after a busy day, around a meal, an aperitif or simply to enjoy a moment of rest.
The sofa bed comfortably accommodates two adults.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of:
🛏️ A master bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a large closet to easily store your belongings.
🛏️ A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190), each with an additional bed thanks to its box bed system. This room can accommodate up to 4 people.
🚿 A bathroom with shower.
🚽 Separate toilets.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, in an ideal and comfortable configuration, and up to 8 people with the sofa bed. Ideal for families or stays with friends.
Two ☀️ terraces to enjoy the mountains
Because a stay in the mountains is also enjoyed outside, the apartment has two terraces. The perfect opportunity to have a coffee in the sun, have lunch outside or simply enjoy the fresh air and the mountain atmosphere.

A private ski room located just in front of the apartment allows you to easily store your winter equipment. It can also accommodate your mountain equipment during the summer season.
The apartment is accessible by a staircase.
A closed garage, located a little further down the resort, is also available to park your vehicle.
🧼 Cleaning
End-of-stay cleaning is not included. The accommodation must be left in good general condition (dishes done, floors and sanitary facilities clean, empty bins, etc.). On arrival, the concierge will ask you for a deposit check for cleaning.
However, the concierge can offer you its cleaning service at an additional cost.
