The home features a fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining spaces, two bathrooms and reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout. A private carport makes parking easy, while the peaceful setting offers a lovely place to unwind after exploring Perth.


Getting around is easy, with several Transperth bus stops within walking distance of the home. Regular services provide convenient connections towards Perth CBD and nearby train stations, including Stirling and Glendalough.

Perth CBD is approximately 15 minutes by car, while rideshare services such as Uber are readily available throughout the area. Guests travelling by car can also enjoy the convenience of private on-site parking.
