    Fake APP AGODA Review Title: Very Poor Service – Fake Bookings and Misleading Customers I have had a very disappointing experience with Agoda, and this has happened to me three times. Agoda allows customers to book hotels and collects payment, but afterward, we are told that the room is not available. If the rooms are unavailable, why are bookings being accepted and payments being collected in the first place? The same thing happened to me in Rudrapur as well. This repeated experience has caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and a complete loss of trust in Agoda. In my experience, Agoda has failed to provide the hotel accommodation promised at the time of booking. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a booking platform. I strongly recommend that Agoda improve its booking verification system and take responsibility when confirmed reservations cannot be honoured. Customers deserve reliable bookings, honest information, and proper support. Three bad experiences are more than enough. I am extremely disappointed with Agoda and would not recommend it unless these issues are resolved.
