Electricity, a private washing machine, and self-check-in are all included—everything is taken care of, so all that’s left for you to do is relax.

The outdoor area features a private garden with a patio and a swimming pool surrounded by tropical greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
By the pool, you will find:
• an outdoor shower
• 2 sun loungers
• an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying meals from breakfast to dinner
At the back of the villa, there is also a laundry area equipped with:
• a washing machine
• detergent and fabric softener
• an outdoor sink
• a wall-mounted drying rack
Dark gray pool towels will be provided for your use during your stay.
For moments of relaxation and well-being, you’ll also find a yoga mat available, which we highly recommend using by the pool, surrounded by nature.
2. Living Area and Kitchen
The villa features a spacious open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen.
The highlight of the living area is the large “day bed,” an oversized sofa/bed where you can relax while reading a book or watching TV (55 inches).
The kitchen includes:
• American coffee maker
• Refrigerator & freezer
• toaster
• kettle
• blender
• microwave oven
• induction cooktop
• cookware, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
• dish soap.
Metal cups are available for poolside drinks. We kindly ask guests not to use glass items in the pool area.
You will also find:
• a hard cooler bag, perfect for beach days and picnics
• board games and books in different languages inside the sideboard
The living room is equipped with:
• Dual Inverter air conditioning

The bedroom has been designed to provide maximum comfort and a restful night’s sleep.

To improve water quality and guest comfort, the water is treated with special resin filtration systems that help reduce hardness and remove inorganic impurities.
🚰 We recommend using bottled drinking water, which is readily available at nearby supermarkets and local shops.
⚡ Power Outage Notice Since Koh Samui is a developing tropical island, occasional power outages may occur.
🔋 We kindly recommend keeping your devices charged whenever possible.
🏗️ Nearby Construction Since Koh Samui is a fast-growing island, there may occasionally be construction work in nearby areas.
To help maintain a peaceful environment, local regulations generally allow work only between:
