The 3-room duplex apartment (first floor + attic, approx. 75 m²) with a terrace and garden offers plenty of space for 6 people. The first floor features a large living/dining area with a sleeper sofa. A guest restroom is also located on the first floor. The attic features two separate bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people, as well as a bathroom with a tub, toilet, and window.
This apartment features comfortable amenities, including a modern, fully equipped kitchenette with high-quality built-in appliances (dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer). Garden furniture is provided for breakfast on the terrace or for barbecuing.
The apartment has high-quality terracotta flooring, is tastefully furnished, and features an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. A crib, a high chair, and a sink step stool are provided free of charge. Smoking is not permitted. The apartment comes with 2 free parking spaces.
Use of the indoor pool with a children’s pool, sauna, and steam room is free of charge.
