Great communication and effort clearly made to ensure room was comfortable and had things I might need. Host was friendly and helpful. Carlton House homestay is a great option if you don't mind shared amenities but prefer the privacy of your own room, and a safe spot to park your vehicle.
Room was a little bit chilly, could have done with a heater or extra blanket. By the time I checked it was a little late to ask.
