The key code was not sent as promised and we were locked out for several minutes trying to contact the host via an AI chatbot which could not help but passed the message on. The original message sent to us on the day of arrival was for the wrong address (twice) and had to be corrected by us.

The WiFi was very slow and at times almost unusable. There was no TV (not the end of the world).
