Condo Near NAIA Terminal 3

The property is clean. The owner allowed us to check in at 12:00 noon early because we are checking out early at 2am.

I would like to share some feedback regarding our check-in experience. The lady at the concierge was not very pleasant and came across as quite strict and unapproachable. Unfortunately, there was no smile or sense of consideration towards us as clients. I understand that there are rules and check-in times to follow, but a little kindness, understanding and compassion would have made a big difference. Our room was already ready at around 11:30 AM, so we politely asked if we could go up briefly to leave our belongings, as the negotiated check-in time was approaching and we wanted to go out to eat. We had arrived at the airport at 8:00 AM and had already waited for nearly three and a half hours, so we were understandably very hungry and tired. We were told that we still had to wait until 12 noon. Considering that it takes around 15 minutes just to get the lift and wait, and perhaps another 5 minutes to settle our things, we would have only been in the room for about 10 minutes before the official check-in time anyway. I felt that a little consideration could have been shown in this situation. I was also surprised that we were asked to remove the waste and put it in the bin. I would have thought that tidying and removing rubbish after a room has been vacated would normally be part of the cleaner’s responsibilities. I hope you can take this feedback constructively. We understand and respect the property’s rules, but good customer service is also about being welcoming, understanding and considerate, especially when guests have had a long journey.
