This small, stylish country house stands alone on a hilltop overlooking the opposite side of the valley and across Bad Dürkheim to the Rhine plain. Several steps lead from the quiet cul-de-sac to the entrance of the private property. The house is idyllically situated amidst a well-maintained garden. The living space of approximately 61 m² offers excellent comfort for 2-3 people.
The large wooden terrace facing west is directly accessible from the living/dining room and invites you to relax. Mature trees provide shade from excessive sun. The second terrace to the east, with its lawn and outdoor shower, is perfect for sunbathing. The third terrace offers a breakfast spot in the morning sun and a view of the sunset.
