Through the front door, you enter the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop, combination oven/microwave, refrigerator, and a cozy dining area with seating for four.

The bathroom is brand new and features a shower, toilet, sink, and heating.

The living room has a Stressless recliner, a comfortable sofa, and a TV with 15 German channels (including ARD, ZDF, ProSieben, Sat.1, and RTL). If you are traveling as a group of three, the living room also offers a fold-out bed (90 x 200 cm) with a 12 cm thick foam mattress and a slatted base.

The bedroom is furnished with a magnificent box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe.
