Both bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds + smart TVs for your streaming pleasure + antennas for local tv (no cable). In addition, a plush, supportive, springy living room futon folds into a bed for additional sleeping space. The bathroom tub/shower combo is stocked with towels/shampoo/soap/hair dryer.

Sunnyside East was curated with guests’ comfort in mind, the open floor living room + kitchen concept provides ample space to kick back and unwind with your tribe, 4 barstools surrounding the kitchen island/peninsula and a small 2 chair dining table provide plenty of cooking/eating space. The fully functional kitchen is stocked with herbs & spices, sugar, creamer, coffee, condiments.
