The Bungalow consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen featuring an electric oven, induction hob, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, a breakfast bar, dining area, and sitting area with Smart TV and bifold doors opening to the garden. There is also a utility with washing machine and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor king-size and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a ground-floor king-size and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and 2 x first-floor twin bedrooms. There is also a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available. Outside, there is private driveway parking for 4 cars, and an enclosed wrap-around garden with lawn, patio, hot tub, rattan furniture, outdoor dining area and barbecue. The property has security cameras which are above all external doors and bi-folding door and one over the garage door looking down the driveway only which will cover any cars parked up on the property. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. The Bungalow is a fantastic base for exploring Matlock and the Peak District National Park. Please note a GHB of 300GBP applies to each booking. Town: The popular Peak District town of Matlock, together with its neighbour, Matlock Bath, has been attracting visitors to the area since the spa was developed in the late 17th century. Set in the beautiful wooded gorge of the River Derwent, the Matlocks offer a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a host of attractions including Gulliver’s Kingdom and the Peak District Mining Museum. Magnificent views down the gorge can be enjoyed from the cable car which takes visitors up to the Heights of Abraham – a great place for all the family with its showcaves, nature trail, water gardens and Owl Maze. South of the town is the start of the High Peak Cycle Trail, whilst a short drive away is the National Tramway Museum at Crich. To the north are the market town of Bakewell and Chatsworth House and Park - not to be missed!
