Hummingbird Vista is located in tranquil Unity Village, just minutes from Kansas City and Lee’s Summit (and 20 minutes from the Truman Sports Complex). The 3-story, English Cotswold-style home on the 2nd hole of the Unity Village golf course has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and can comfortably sleep 12 people. It features a wet bar and fireplace with remote control. Perfect for large families, reunions, retreats, etc. Includes access to a state-of-the-art fitness center.
The space
Built in the early 1930s and newly renovated, Hummingbird Vista is beautifully adorned with hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen, a generous living area with plentiful windows, and a spacious deck, all overlooking the beautiful grounds and golf course. The home has two Master Bedrooms with luxurious king-size beds and 2 additional bedrooms with 2 full-size beds in each. The house has all the essentials, including plenty of fine linens and towels, a hair dryer in every bathroom, iron with ironing board, Keurig coffeemaker, kitchen cookware and utensils, toiletries and soaps, air-conditioning, premium cable, 24/7 high-speed internet access with Wi-Fi, and more.
