To preserve the elevated experience of The Hawthorne for all guests and neighbors, we ask that the home, furnishings, and grounds are treated with care and respect throughout your stay. This is a luxury residence designed for refined enjoyment—not events or large gatherings. Strict quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for parties, disturbances, or unauthorized events.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.
Your stay includes complimentary pool heat, allowing you to enjoy the outdoor amenities year-round without additional fees.
For safety and liability purposes, all guests are required to complete a pool use waiver prior to check-in.
We maintain a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized pets will result in a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee and may lead to removal from the property.
To ensure a seamless turnover for incoming guests, unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $75 rescheduling fee. If you require additional time, please coordinate with us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.
