The primary living areas feature an open living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, while three bedrooms and two full bathrooms provide flexible accommodations for groups. A dedicated game room adds more space to hang out with a pool table, darts, smart TV, sofa bed, and lounge-style seating.



Outside, the large fenced backyard offers multiple spaces to relax and reconnect, including a private hot tub, covered gazebo with outdoor dining, grill, firepit lounge, and additional seating throughout. Even better for families, the property's east fence backs up to a popular community playground and waterpark. When you're ready to explore, downtown Indianapolis, the Children's Museum, Broad Ripple, Butler University, and plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment are all nearby.
