Nice home in Vodice with private swimming pool, can be inside or outside

Contemporary design and generous natural light give this living space a polished yet relaxed character. Large windows soften the daylight through sheer curtains, while stone elements and timber flooring introduce texture alongside streamlined furnishings. Bold artwork provides a striking focal point, complemented by sculptural decorative pieces and greenery. Several seating areas make the room equally suited to quiet moments and sociable evenings, while the swimming pool adds another inviting way to unwind during warmer days. Beyond the property, Vodice combines Adriatic seaside life with a lively waterfront, beaches and restaurants serving Dalmatian specialities. Boat trips offer opportunities to discover nearby islands and secluded bays, while Šibenik rewards a visit with its historic streets and impressive UNESCO-listed cathedral. Nature lovers can also venture towards Krka National Park, where walking routes lead through a landscape shaped by rivers, woodland and celebrated waterfalls.
