Downstairs, huge windows fill the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with natural light, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The modern kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home, with a walk-in pantry and its own wine cellar — particularly fitting in this part of Tasmania, surrounded by some of the East Coast’s beautiful vineyards and producers.



Three spacious bedrooms are located on the ground floor, alongside two bathrooms and additional powder rooms. A rumpus room and second living space give families and groups valuable room to relax separately when they want to.



Upstairs, the entire first floor is dedicated to the master suite. It’s wonderfully private and takes in expansive views along the Bicheno coastline towards the Blowhole, The Gulch and Governor Island. There’s a generous walk-in robe, ensuite and an adjoining room that works beautifully as a quiet reading, yoga or work space.



One of the real highlights of the property is its private wellness setup. The infinity V Stream swim spa is designed for both swimming and complete relaxation — enjoy a few laps, ease into the warm water after a day exploring, or simply settle in and take in the quiet surroundings. Beside it, the freestanding electric sauna creates the feeling of having your own private spa at home. Outside, native gardens surround the home, bringing plenty of local birdlife, while walking paths lead towards the rocky coastline below. Wander down to the water’s edge, explore the rocks or take a seat on the elevated viewing platform and watch the ocean change throughout the day. It’s also a beautiful spot for sunrise coffee, yoga or keeping an eye out for passing whales.



Despite the feeling of space and privacy, you’re only minutes from Bicheno’s beaches, cafés, restaurants and township.
