Stonehaven is located in the residential neighborhood closest to Liberty University and the main shopping/dining hub along Wards Road.
There is no walkable neighborhood to LU, so this location is especially ideal if you plan to visit Liberty. Even if you're not visiting LU, it's only 4 min from the airport and has convenient access to 460 or 29 to get anywhere in the city or region.
The quiet neighborhood is a mix of new construction and older homes. You'll find both professionals and working families.
The street is lined with beautiful newly constructed homes and sidewalks. Stonehaven has one neighbor on the left and an empty lot on the right.
*The back of the home is currently open and visible to a nearby neighbor. The owner has plans to add a privacy fence, grill, and landscaping in the near future.
From this location, it's a short drive to anywhere you're needing to go. Uber and Lyft are also available.
