As you enter this entire home, you will be welcomed by an open-concept living room, modern kitchen, and dining area designed for both modern comfort and a truly relaxing vacation. The living room features a 55-inch smart TV and comfortable seating, creating the perfect place for the whole family or a large family to gather after a day enjoying the great outdoors. Large slider doors showcase scenic views of the beautiful lake, allowing the surrounding natural beauty and the area's serene beauty to become part of your everyday experience.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with seating for four at the kitchen island or six at the dining table. Whether you are sharing meals or planning the next day’s outdoor fun, you can dine while taking in views of the stunning lake and the surrounding lush woods.

Down the hall, you’ll find spacious bedrooms designed for comfort and rest. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, alongside two additional bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and another with a bunk bed with a twin over full, making it ideal for the whole family. The fully remodeled bathroom includes a rain shower and stunning marble tile, and you’ll always have fresh towels waiting for you.

Take the beautiful wrought iron spiral stairs down to the basement “honky tonk” level, where all the fun happens. The large granite bar with a Country Music Hall of Fame-inspired record wall is the perfect place to enjoy some Tennessee whiskey as you “holler and swaller.” Warm up your vocal cords for karaoke fun on the Music City stage, or kick back on the huge leather sectional, flip on the gas fireplace, and enjoy the 55-inch smart TV. The basement also includes a second full bathroom, a washer and dryer, and a fourth bedroom with a queen-sized bed and slider doors that open directly to the outdoor amenities and private backyard. Step outside to enjoy the hot tub, outdoor fire pit, and horseshoe pit, all part of the home’s generous outdoor space designed for relaxation and outdoor fun.

Enjoy the natural beauty of the private lake's diverse activities, including fishing, power boating, water skiing, swimming, and paddle boarding. The community beach features a designated swimming area, picnic tables, beach volleyball, tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Just a 4-minute drive away, you'll find a charming mini-downtown with restaurants, nightlife, cafes, bars, shops, a post office, and a country store. We kindly ask guests to respect the natural beauty, wildlife, and landscape of Lake Harmony and Big Boulder. Our driveway accommodates up to 7 cars.

Beach Access: We provide 5 guest beach passes at no additional cost. Additional beach passes are available for purchase at $5 per pass per day or $25 per pass per week.

Lake Harmony is just a few minutes’ stroll away from the home. This private lake permits:

During your stay at Harmony Honky Tonk, it is my top priority to ensure that I am always available to my guests. If I am not available, our House Manual provides two additional contacts for you. Host and Guest communication is essential to me; however, I will follow my guest’s lead on how much communication is needed, as this is your vacation to enjoy as you please. My maintenance team and cleaners are fantastic and are available in person as required, at my request.

Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

✷ The home has two levels connected by a spiral staircase. If you do not want to use the spiral staircase, you can access the lower level through the slider doors in the outback.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.

✷ The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age and must remain at the cabin for the duration of the stay. Other guests are not required to be 23 years of age. We reserve the right to request a government-issued ID to verify the age of the primary guest.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens, as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ 11 Towels (1 per guest), 2 kitchen towels, and 2 hand towels (1 per bathroom) are provided.

✷ Beach towels and hot tub towels/bathrobes are NOT provided. BYOT
