I offer this 16 m² studio, quiet and not overlooked, located on the 1st floor with elevator in the Résidence Plein Soleil.
♨️ Ideal for spa guests: the thermal baths are just 750 metres away, less than a 10-minute walk.
The studio can accommodate 1 to 3 guests, with a single bed in a separate sleeping alcove in the entrance and a convertible double sofa bed in the main living area.
The studio can be rented for several weeks or several months, depending on your needs.

an entrance with a single bed in a separate sleeping alcove, separated from the main living area;
a main living area with a convertible double sofa bed;
a bathroom with shower and grab bar;
a fully equipped kitchenette.
The windows are double-glazed, and the studio is not overlooked, providing a quiet and pleasant environment.
The residence is set in a peaceful, green environment, with a park and a stream nearby.

kettle;
crockery and kitchen utensils.
To make your arrival easier, a few basic essentials are provided, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, etc.

🔑 Self check-in
Check-in and check-out are fully self-service.
The residence is secured by an entry code, which will be provided before your arrival.
A key safe is installed directly on the apartment door. The code will also be provided before your arrival.
🧺 Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental.
A linen package can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

📅 Rates and rental conditions
€490 for 3 weeks for a thermal spa stay.
From February to November, bookings require a minimum stay of 18 nights, in order to prioritise multi-week stays, particularly for thermal spa treatments.
It is also possible to rent the studio for several months under a mobility lease, for example for an internship, fixed-term contract, professional assignment or extended stay.
During the off-season, particularly December and January, shorter stays may be available depending on availability.

🌿 Things to discover in Lamalou-les-Bains and the surrounding area
Take the opportunity to discover Lamalou-les-Bains and the Hauts Cantons area of the Hérault.
The town offers many opportunities for walks and hikes, including in the Usclade park and forest, or up to Notre-Dame de Capimont, which offers beautiful views over the valley and the Caroux mountains.
🚲 The Passa Païs Greenway, built along a former railway line, is also a great way to discover the surrounding landscapes on foot or by bike.
Nature lovers can explore the Caroux mountains, the Gorges d'Héric, and charming nearby villages such as Hérépian, Bédarieux and Olargues.
In Lamalou itself, you can enjoy the market halls and the traditional Tuesday morning market, as well as the shops, cafés and restaurants in the town centre. The market halls are open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.
