Across the property, premium Saatva mattresses, blackout window treatments, ceiling fans, and thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces create a comfortable place to recharge.

Two spacious primary suites offer additional privacy and spa-inspired en-suite bathrooms. With accommodations across the main house and private casita, groups have flexibility and space to retreat throughout their stay.

The year-round private pool features a waterfall, surrounded by multiple poolside lounge and seating areas for sunny afternoons and evenings outside. Pool towels are provided for your stay.

Pool heating to 85°F is available for $175/day plus applicable tax. 24 hours’ advance notice is recommended to ensure adequate heating time.

Complimentary ambient pool lighting is available upon request, creating a colorful, illuminated backdrop after dark.

A covered outdoor lounge with ceiling fan offers a shaded place to relax just off the pool, while a balcony overlooks the backyard. The separate casita / pool house sits just steps away.

The open, chef-inspired kitchen centers around a dramatic waterfall island and 6-burner gas range, with plenty of space to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, glassware, and other essentials, plus a complimentary coffee + tea bar and built-in wine fridge.

The adjacent dining area seats 8 guests, with 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.

Starlight House is ideal for adult group getaways, retreats, and corporate stays seeking space, comfort, privacy, and distinctive design.

No pets or children are permitted. The property is not suitable for children or animals due to the unfenced swimming pool, open balcony, stairs, and other design features and furnishings.

All guests must be registered in advance. A complete guest list is required prior to check-in, and unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted on the property. Occupancy is monitored and enforced.

Prior to check-in, all guests are required to review and sign a guest agreement outlining the house rules and applicable waivers.

No smoking or vaping. No parties or events.

Non-recording noise-level and smoke monitoring is in place to help maintain house rules and quiet hours. These devices do not record conversations or audio.

Exterior security cameras are located around the property for security purposes.

A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. The authorization will be released 48 hours after checkout, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of the stay and removal from the property without refund.

Our professional cleaning team documents each turnover with timestamped photos taken before and after every cleaning to help ensure the home is thoroughly prepared and ready for each guest.
