Welcome to our cozy home in Augusta’s Midtown! You’ll have a comfortable private bedroom with your own private bathroom, along with access to our shared kitchen and spacious living and dining areas. Our home is also shared with two lovable pets. Jax is a sweet, older dog who is friendly, calm, and always happy to say hello. Brutus is our curious, playful cat who is friendly in the uniquely independent way cats tend to be. Both are happy to give you attention if you’d like it, but they’re also perfectly content to do their own thing. We’re within walking distance of Midtown’s restaurants and shops, and there are even more great spots to explore by bike. We love biking and have extra bikes and locks available if you’d like to borrow one. You can easily ride to several cafes and many restaurants, including a new wood-fired pizza place.
A Few Things to Know:
Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own—or better. We want everyone to feel comfortable and at home here. Because Brutus likes to sneak outside, please make sure the exterior door is closed promptly whenever you enter or leave. We also ask that pets stay off the couches, tables, and other furniture. There’s a dedicated guest refrigerator in the breakfast nook for your food. You’re also welcome to use the water in our kitchen refrigerator, as well as our shared cooking and eating utensils, appliances, and other kitchen essentials. We also have a washer and dryer available for guests. Our washer and dryer are currently being repaired, but there’s a laundromat just down the street in the meantime.
