The Space:

The main house spans two floors and offers 7 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, thoughtfully arranged to give every group — families, couples, friends — their own private space. A separate 8th bedroom sits just outside the main house as its own unit, with a private bathroom accessed via a short walk through the garden — ideal as a nanny room, staff quarters, or a private retreat for one member of the group.



Living spaces flow naturally between indoors and out, with high-end household appliances throughout the kitchen and Sonos speakers built into every room and across the gardens, so music follows you from the pool to the terrace to the games pavilion.



For entertainment, the villa includes a dedicated leisure wing: a private sauna for after-beach recovery, a home gym fitted with high-end equipment, and a games room with a ping pong table, a golf/play simulator, a full-size snooker table, and a card table — enough to keep every generation entertained without ever leaving the property.



Outside, the 2,000 sqm grounds are anchored by a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi, framed by mature Mediterranean landscaping. Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire property for the duration of their stay, including the main house, the separate garden-access bedroom suite, the pool and jacuzzi, the outdoor kitchen, the fitness area, and the games pavilion. The 2,000 sqm garden and all outdoor lounge and dining areas are exclusively yours — Villa Shaily is a standalone private property, not shared with any other guests or the owner.



The Neighborhood:

Villa Shaily is located at 5 Allée de la Butte, in a quiet residential pocket of Ramatuelle just 300 meters from Pampelonne Beach — the most iconic stretch of coastline on the Saint-Tropez peninsula — and the same distance from Club 55, the legendary beach club that has anchored Pampelonne's social scene for decades. Beyond the beach clubs, the surrounding area is dotted with vineyards, pine forests, and some of the region's best-regarded restaurants, while the medieval village of Ramatuelle and the port of Saint-Tropez are both a short drive away.



Getting Around:

The villa is best reached by car, and a rental car or private driver is recommended for the duration of your stay to move easily between the beach, the village, and Saint-Tropez itself (roughly 15–20 minutes by road). Pampelonne Beach and Club 55 are close enough to reach on foot or by bike. Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport is approximately 1 hour away by car, and private helicopter transfers can be arranged on request.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit or damage waiver may be requested after booking is confirmed.

The villa is a private, unshared property — no other guests or hosts are present on-site during your stay.

The separate garden-access bedroom suite requires stepping outside through the garden to reach its bathroom; it is not internally connected to the main house.

Pool and jacuzzi heating, and use of the sauna and gym equipment, are included but should be treated with the same care as any high-end residential installation.
