Welcome to Sandy Creek! Enjoy our newly built 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath two-story home just 3 miles from Holden Beach. With spacious living areas, two master suites, a fully equipped kitchen, loft, foosball and ping-pong tables, and fun spaces for kids, there’s room for everyone. Relax in the private wooded backyard, enjoy the peaceful setting, and watch for local wildlife. Perfect for families, beach trips, golf getaways, and making lasting coastal memories!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, dining spaces, and available outdoor areas. All spaces are available for guests to enjoy during their stay.
There are two owner's closets that are closed and clearly marked. These areas are private and are not accessible to guests. Please do not attempt to open or access these closets.
The code for the keypad will be provided on the day of check-in.

No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home or in the garage. Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside these areas.
Quiet Hours & Parties
Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Parties and events are not permitted at the property.
