About this house rental
Set directly into a rocky lakeside slope, this contemporary retreat feels closely connected to the surrounding landscape. Large glazed openings face the water, while natural timber cladding complements the rugged stone, grasses and mature trees around the property. At the shoreline, a sun lounger creates a simple spot for relaxing beside the lake, and a private jetty with a bathing ladder makes the water an inviting part of summer days. The Kinnarumma area is characterised by the forests and lakes of western Sweden, offering a peaceful setting for walking, cycling and enjoying time outdoors. For a more urban excursion, Borås combines cafés, restaurants and shopping with a strong cultural scene, including public sculptures and the Borås Art Museum. Returning to the lakeside, the scenery encourages a slower rhythm, with open skies, woodland views and long moments spent close to the water.
