The Foyer / Entryway

Entering through the artisan-inspired, cantilevered front door you immediately encounter a floating staircase illuminated by a breath-taking Chihuly chandelier - a museum piece worthy of this beautiful home.  

Living Area

Ascend the stairs and you enter the spacious living area, with soaring 20 foot ceilings, a unique and playful braille wall, blue-water ocean views, and an airy open floor plan opening to a stunning dining area and chefs-quality kitchen. 

The living area welcomes you with sophisticated, comfortable Italian luxury furniture pieces, a full Sonos sound system, and an 84” Samsung Frame smart TV - all enabled on the home’s 5G WiFi network.

Dining Area

The dining area is lit by a Modern Forms Tidal floating sculpture piece.  The dining table is a shimmering ocean-blue glass treasured work of art, with eight mocha suede chairs, enough to host your unforgettable get-togethers with family and friends.

The Kitchen

The fully-stocked kitchen is also illuminated by a Modern Forms pendant, suspended over a natural wood countertop with seating for four.  Dual top-of-the-line Bosche ovens and appliances are part of a perfect environment for preparing memorable meals, socializing and casual dining.  

Pacific Ocean View Deck

Spanning the entire front of the home, elegant bi-fold patio doors blur the lines between interior and exterior spaces, creating a seamless transition between the home and the expansive 500 square foot front deck with dream-like Pacific views.  A 12 foot fantasy ocean marble firepit with custom night time illumination, coupled with generous outdoor seating and a 10 foot cantilever umbrella make for a perfect place for reading a book, sipping a sunset cocktail, or spending evenings with friends and family warmed by the fire while listening to the symphony of waves crashing on the beach below.

Master Suite One

Master Suite One boasts over XX square feet of space, before considering the ample walk-in closet and ensuite master bathroom.  Another Samsung Frame 65” smart TV is available here.  With a king size live edge platform bed and bi-fold doors that open to a private, backyard outdoor hot tub, life doesn’t get much better than this.  A full-size indoor jacuzzi tub complements a standing shower, double sinks and a Villeroy & Boch toilet in the master bathroom.

Master Suite Two

The top floor Master Suite Two has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a flat panel TV, and a 200 square foot sun drenched private deck with comfortable chairs to enjoy your morning coffee.  The bathroom showcases it’s own sense of style with a heated, illuminated six foot mirror, a gray marble walk-in shower, and Villeroy & Boch toilet.  

Guest Bedrooms Three & Four

Mirror images of one another, Guest Bedrooms Three and Four are adorned with queen-size beds and glimmering glass office desks - bookending the downstairs full bathroom shared by these two rooms.  The bathroom is perfect for getting cleaned up after a long day at the beach with a Villeroy & Boch toilet and a bright, naturally lit walk-in shower.

Laundry & Parking

A full-size washer and dryer are available throughout your stay.  Currently, there is driveway parking available for two vehicles, with ample convenient street parking within the cul de sac.  The owner is using the garage space for storage while away.

Other Things to Note:

-The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book.

-A 3-night minimum stay is required.

-This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is suitable for quiet groups only. Parties, events, excessive noise, and occupancy violations are not permitted. Violations may result in deposit forfeiture and/or eviction.

-Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property is equipped with NoiseAware technology to monitor noise levels. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant.

-This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the home.

-This is a pet-free home. Pets are not permitted.

-The home is equipped with exterior security cameras for security purposes only.

-Parking is available for 2 vehicle in the driveway, with additional street parking available.

-A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available to rent for $25 each, plus tax.

-As part of our standard verification process, guests are required to sign an additional rental agreement and complete ID verification.

Payment terms vary by booking channel. When payment is processed directly through us, a 10% deposit is collected at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment directly, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
